...small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life. Matthew 7:14 who walk along the road, consider the voice of the singers at the watering places. They recite the righteous acts of the Lord. Judges 5:10-11

"One more mile to go now...Before I lay down my head tonight.

Don't know what's ahead of me...but I surely know what lays behind

Because it calls my name...and bids me return, but I'm going on..."

from "The Road Home"

The thing that I always come back to when I consider this journey that I'm on, is that it is always made up of choices. My

Where I was yesterday, and am today for good or ill is due for the most part to choices I made many years ago. Where I will be
tomorrow will be the consequence of choices I make today. Will I continue on the way that pleases God, the way of life? Or will I choose to give up and return to the way I have known before Christ...the way of death?

"This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now
choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.
For the LORD is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob."
Deuteronomy 30:19-20

A highway shall be there, and a road. And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. ...Whoever walks the road although a fool, shall not go astray. No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it...the redeemed shall walk there, and the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. FACE="Georgia" SIZE=4>Isaiah 35:9-10
